When ever I see people trying to flirt on CS:S it makes me cringe. I suppose some flirting and banter is inevitable and as long as it's good natured and not explicit then I have no problem with it. Sounds like this guy went too far. Some people seem to think they can say stuff that they would get arrested or lynched for if they said it to someone in real life, just because they are at a computer.

I laugh my ass off anytime someone does that to me. Because then I can start making them feel the fool for not recognizing a woman's voice (I'm 29). Even funnier is when they start asking me perverted questions and I tell them something along the lines of I don't think my husband would approve.
But yeah, they can get annoying and there is a point where enough is enough. Course with young girls, enough started before he opened his mouth. Perverts... geesh!

I also think it is annoying, having guys flirting with your girlfriend is not acceptable! It pisses me off that some guys do do that to myn. Well yeah. They act all perverted but in the end, they shut because other players do, and they do it when I'm not around. But being perverted in CS:S is not acceptable, to me.

Hey welcome to my reality! I m a girl and i ve heard it all! Best i can do is ignore, ignore, ignore! If you do react, then that gives them the chance to 'show off'. I m 23 and can handle it...but what about those younger girls?!?!?!

Unfortunately, many female members of the gaming community such as myself encounter both sexual and threatening harassment on a daily basis. Of course in no way is this acceptable but the best you can do is ignore, report, and move on. Don't linger, don't add to the fire, just try to play the game as usual. It is disrespectful and a negative influence on the younger females that play the game, but what may be best is for them to quit the game rather than subject themselves to harassment.
